
Al Lockett is the founder and Executive Director of Learning4Today, LLC and brings more than 20 years of leadership, instructional design, business development, and experience in developing mastery learning systems in both the corporate and academic environments. Al is a published researcher and the developer of the One2OneMastery ™ tutoring methodology. Prior to Learning4Today, Al served as Vice President of Educational Technology and Business Development for Knowledge Delivery Systems Inc., a Manhattan, NY based educational firm. He is responsible for advancing Learning4Today's vision for closing the achievement gap by developing systems to accelerate the acquisition of basic skills in low performing students and building successful motivated life long learners. Mr. Lockett holds undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from American Intercontinental University, and currently completing a Ph.D. in Educational Technology and Cognitive Development at Walden University.
Monica C. Jones, M.Ed., M.Div.
Monica Jones is an experienced educator, presenter, published researcher, and author of faith-based children's books. She has taught for more than twenty years in private, public, college, and university settings and has a background in special education working with hearing impaired populations. Monica oversees L4T faith-based initiatives and educational program development. She has a Master of Education in Vocational Development from Georgia State University , a Master of Divinity in Christian Education from the Interdenominational Theological Center and is currently completing a doctorate in Adult Education Leadership.
Willie Easter brings a wealth of experience to the L4T team as an educator and administrator, having served over 28 years in education as an elementary, middle and high school teacher, elementary and high school principal, and 13 years as a school superintendent. His community activities include work as a Partner in Education, mentoring volunteer and past school board member. He has also served as a Title l Coordinator and has experience in teacher evaluation and training, effective schools, and leadership development training. Mr. Easter has a B.S. from University of Arkansas and Master of Science in Education Administration from East Texas State University.
